About the Author

Ashley Rath is the owner of and event planner for Dishy Events, a wedding and event planning company serving the greater St. Louis, Missouri and Metro East areas. Ashley started Dishy in January of 2010 and has been moving full speed ahead ever since! Six months later, Ashley began working on The St. Louis Wedding Planner, a website dedicated to helping brides and grooms learn more about all of the fabulous wedding ceremony and reception venues in the St. Louis area.

As a growing professional in the St. Louis wedding industry, Ashley is an active member of the International Special Events Society (ISES) St. Louis Chapter, the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and is currently serving as the Marketing Chair for the Wish Upon A Wedding St. Louis Chapter Board of Directors.
