Saint Louis University: Allied Health

It’s been a while, but I finally have another St. Louis Wedding Planner venue tour to share! And this time it’s Saint Louis University’s most popular event space, the Allied Health Multipurpose Room, located at 3437 Caroline Mall on the opposite edge of campus from previously mentioned locations. Allied Health is a modern space with a killer view on SLU’s campus! This uniquely shaped space is great for just about any event you can think of, especially if you want to treat your guests to a great view of the St. Louis city skyline. Are there any other additional fees bride and grooms should be aware of?

Security is required for all events in this venue through the Department of Public Safety. This includes any set-up and take-down time for the event. Additional charges will apply. Current rates are $22/hour/officer. Parking is also available at Hickory East parking garage. Current rates are $1.50/hour Monday through Friday until 5pm. $5 passes can also be purchased for events Monday through Friday until 5pm. Weekend and evening events are subject to a flat rate of $150.

Any vendors you prefer to work with?

For this particular space, brides and grooms are allowed to use the caterer of their choice! Groups that use a caterer other than University Catering must remove all trash from the site at the end of the event. Linen and china arrangements must be made through either the University catering service or caterer of choice.

What is included when a bride and groom books with the Allied Health?

Space rental traditionally includes:

• Tables & Chairs
• Setup & Take Down Service
• Available AV (Podium, Projection Screen & Extension Cord)
• Available Prep Kitchen
